The 80W FLF-Series 4ft. LED Explosion Proof Linear Light by Venas is a C1D2 classified fixture built to withstand harsher conditions than normal light fixtures. This light can be used as a down light, tunnel light, or wall pack for general illumination in hazardous locations. This light is perfect for industries such as oil and gas industry, chemical industry, metal treatment facilities, ocean, marine, and aerospace field facilities, food and alcohol industry, and any other high humidity, high dust, or high temperature locations.
This fixture is constructed of non-sparking materials for protection in flammable work sites and is highly resistant to rough impact. Its smooth housing makes for easy cleaning of the fixture. There are also a plethora of mounting options including pole mounting, hook mounting, and wall mounting. Inquire separately about various mounting accessories and availability.
Hazardous location lighting is subject to US National Electric Code (NEC) standards classifying risk levels which are divided into three classes and two divisions. This light is Class 1 Division 2 (C1D2) meaning:
