The product is priced right but the manufacturing is terrible the socket base is poorly cast and as a result 90% of the bulbs I purchased will not screw into the fixture....save your money not a good product

Great bulb for the price.
I use the bulb for recess lighting in my basement. The 3000K really brightened up the room compared to the old incandescent bulbs. Plus they use less than 20% of the energy of the old bulbs.

I wasn't kidding when I said I needed sun tan lotion in order to walk around my kitchen! Imagine six of these recessed lights shinning down on our kitchen table! The pro side: I never realized how beautiful my wife's hair was! The con side: We are discovering dirt we never knew existed. Honestly, the best and brightest bulbs I've ever purchased. To call it a wonderful product would not do it justice. Truly an amazing product from an amazing company.
