Maximize your energy savings with the LED 4" Flat Round Downlight. This light is equipped with torsion springs for easy installation in new construction or retrofit applications. It is compatible with 4.38"-6.5" ceiling cut-outs and is for use with insulated ceilings. Please note that this device is not intended for use with emergency exits.
This light is dimmable down to 10% with most line voltage dimmers (120V only). It boasts painted steel housing, is 10 watts, and produces 500 lumens. 50,000 hours of operation are provided because of the long lifespan of LEDs.
The light temperature chosen depends on the task being performed. If a space is more for relaxing or socializing, a warmer light such as 3000K may be desired. If the space is more for tasks like manual assembly of an item or writing, a more neutral light such as 4000K may be desired. The following color temperatures are available:
- 3000K = Soft White
- 4000K = Bright White
- 5000K = Cool White
This light is cULus listed for wet locations making it ideal for areas where it may come in direct contact with water spray, rain, or snow. They can be installed in a non-protected outside area in both residential and commercial settings.
