The Halo RL4 series is a retrofit LED Baffle-Trim module for 4" aperture recessed downlights. The RL4 is designed for use with compatible 4" housings. The RL4 integral LED driver is dimmable at 120 volts. The RL4 lens provides uniform illumination and wet location listing. Precision construction makes any housing air-tight for added HVAC savings and code compliance. This RL4 retrofit is perfect for upgrading any 4" housing to LED in kitchens, bedrooms, hallways, bathrooms, basements, closets, soffits, entryways and porches. It is also wet location listed making it perfect for use above a shower.
Installation of the RL4 LED retrofit is easy with the push-n-twist universal installation clips that are pre-installed and designed to fit 4" compatible recessed housings. Electrical connection is simple with included E26 screw-base Edison adapter. For use in insulated ceiling and non-insulated ceiling rated housings.
This 8W LED retrofit produces 600 lumens which is equivalent to a 60W incandescent bulb. It also complies with CA Title 24 High Efficiency requirements with 90+ CRI. It is dimmable down to 5%.
