This 2ft LED T8 Ballast Compatible Tube is a perfect pick for any commercial or residential setting. The material of this tube is glass.

Convert your existing linear fluorescent fixture to LED lighting without needing a comprehensive reinstall. LED tubes are ideal for those seeking high energy savings with minimal installation time. The existing fixture is wired to bypass the ballast, which further reduces energy use and eliminates the need to check ballast compatibility. Additional maintenance savings are realized by removing costs associated with replacing ballasts.

This LED Tube is configured for Single-Ended Power, meaning this tube has a live pin and a neutral pin on the same end.  For fluorescent retrofits, you must replace one of the shunted lampholders (or tombstones) on the fluorescent fixture with a non-shunted socket. See below for more information on Single-End Power vs Double-End power.

Existing fluorescent ballast must be bypassed for proper operation! This LED Tube requires purchase of In-Line Fuse & Socket Kit listed below (sold separately).

    Order Code Description Kit Contents
    32075 BT8-2L-KIT/NS 1 Fuse (1A), 2 Pre-wired sockets, Prewired quick disconnect.
    32083 BT8-3L-KIT/NS 1 Fuse (1A), 3 Pre-wired sockets, Prewired quick disconnect.
    32084 BT8-4L-KIT/NS 1 Fuse (1A), 4 Pre-wired sockets, Prewired quick disconnect.

We offer plenty of wattages and color temperatures, perfect for any environment. Whether you need Single or Double Ended Power, Lightup has you covered. What's the difference, you ask?

    Single Ended vs. Double Ended

    Single Ended

Single Ended Power tubes are LED lamps that have neutral and live pins on the same side.

These type of tubes require Non-Shunted Sockets

Single Ended lamps installed by Direct Wire application, do not need a ballast.

    Single Ended

    Double Ended

Doubled Ended Power tubes are LED lamps that live and neutral different sides.

These type of tubes can use both Non-Shunted Sockets and Shunted Sockets.

    Double-Ended

Came in 1 piece and sooner than expected. I got the GE LED tube 3500k 950 lumens and it says on the tube do not use with dimmers, but product page says dimmable? I'm not using a dimmer so doesn't matter for me
